We are now looking for a Lead Tenant Liaison Officer to join us on a full-time basis for a six-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Lead Tenant Liaison Officer, you will support housing development residents as new utilities are implemented within their area.

Acting as the main point of contact for residents and the Tenant Liaison Team, you will liaise between our clients, residents and Cenergist staff. You will maintain communications with residents during any maintenance works being carried out.

You will manage the TLO (Tenant Liaison Officer) team, training and mentoring new team members, whilst overseeing any queries or complaints in a timely manner and ensuring they are dealt with effectively.

Additionally, you will:

- Arrange appointments with residents to address concerns
- Produce and manage tenant packs
- Identify residents with additional needs or special circumstances
- Create communication templates for residential updates
- Support the delivery of community improvement plans

About You

To be considered as a Lead Tenant Liaison Officer, you will need:

- On-site experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer
- Experience within construction industry and in a liaison/housing role
- Experience of providing high level customer service to members of the public
- Experience of scheduling local authority domestic heating installations
- The ability to interact sensitively with others
