My client is looking for a experienced Data Analyst within Treasury and financial environments to help lead a project. You will be looking at the newest regulations that have been released and looking at the current data models and see if they are fit for purpose.

The team is looking to do the following:

  • Bring model governance up to high standard - including user and build documents.
  • Gap analysis to PRA model risk regulation, and completion of work to close gaps - PRA S1/23 Model Risk Management Principles for Banks
  • Existing models are mainly excel based using SQL code to extract data.
  • Models focus on historical customer behavioural analysis and using this to predict future behaviours in changing interest rate environments.
  • Development of models that are not dynamic to interest rate changes.

You will be experienced in Data Modelling and a good understanding of SQL Code. Project Management/leadership experience, be able to ask the right questions to the right teams and influence decisions to get the project completed. Stakeholder and relationship building experience. You will have experience of financial regulations ideally with Anti-Money Laundering and/or Treasury.
