Job Title: Lead Water Hygiene Engineer / Account Manager.
Location: Watford, North London.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £50k + Training + Benefits

A leading and renowned company within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry are now recruiting in the South East region for a Lead Water Hygiene Engineer / Account Manager. This role would suit someone who has experience working hands on as an engineer, carrying out water sampling, temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and failsafe testing, as well as supervising a team of engineers, ensuring to provide support, advice and training when required. You will also be responsible for managing and sourcing accounts for PPM / L8 compliance clients. Due to the nature of the role, our client would consider candidates who only hold experience working as an engineer, looking to expand their experience and career into account management.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Cheshunt, St Albans, Helel Hempstead, Enfield, Luton, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Stevenage, Bishop's Stortford, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Oxford, Bicester, Witney.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have extensive hands-on experience working as an engineer for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Experience working in in an account management role within the Water Hygiene / Legionella company would be beneficial to the role.
" Extensive knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Able to manage work in line with company and client needs.
" Excellent IT skills, able to communicate efficiently via phone, email, and face to face.
" Able to work well in high pressure environments.
The Role:
" Water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafe testing.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Carrying out CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Carrying out sampling, analysis, and dosing of closed systems.
" Visiting site to carry out site assessments and ensuring they are carried out in line with client timeframes.
" Overseeing a team of engineers, providing support, advice, and training when required.
" Efficiently managing existing clients bases of PPM / L8 compliance accounts across the South East.
" Sourcing new business and accounts.
" Attending regular meetings, ensuring to represent the company in a professional manner,
" Providing quotes to clients based on further L8 compliance work to be carried out.
" Producing detailed financial reports.
" Working in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Completing onsite logbooks upon completion of works.
" Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries and issues in s timely manner.
