You will Project manage the design and creation of new daily ways of working on their wind farm sites, as part of a programme of continuous improvement.
- Work with site staff to design and enable change.
- Report to and align with Programme Manager and other Project Managers on progress, designs and challenges.
- Capture issues identified on site and help staff resolve them themselves, or escalate them, according to PDCA methodology and established escalation channel.
- Physical presence required on each site (both Kent & Cumbria) up to 3 days a week.
- Willingness to travel to London for meetings.

Skills
- Deep knowledge & working experience of Lean management principles and tools. Candidates from different sectors are welcome
- Skills in listening, change enablement and engagement.
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels (from technician to senior manager).
Education
- Technical degree, such as engineering, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
