Do you have expert knowledge in the design and implementation and continuous improvement of a Learning Management System (LMS)?

We have an exciting position available for a L&D Specialist to join our People Team!

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about individual and team development to help support our colleagues and the business to grow. You’ll design and deliver programmes for all levels up to and including the Heads of Service and embedding behavioural change that is associated with a People and Customer focussed business.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in planning, designing and delivering multiple L&D projects and initiatives across organisations

  • Experience working in a consultative capacity with managers and HRBP team to identify capability requirements to design and create content for the business.

  • Strong facilitation skills with an ability to design and deliver high quality and impactful facilitated workshops.

  • Previous experience in scoping, developing, designing and delivering a wide range of blended learning and organisational development.

  • Experience in drafting and developing policies and management guidance documents, supporting materials and user guides to support training content

  • Advanced technical skills - experience in people and learning management systems and platforms, the use of Office 365 tools and applications and Office products (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

  • Previous experience with coaching and mentoring colleagues.

  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
