LEARNING EXPERIENCE & DESIGN LEADER, Surrey, Multi-Site, Hybrid, £50-£58k

An exceptional role for an impressive organisation, this role is for a someone to lead the learning and development within the organisation and take a pivotal role in continued growth and development for the people within the business.

Working for a business with multiple sites across both the UK and Ireland you will be required to travel when needed/

As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in:

  • Learning & Development/Training, along with the ability to lead a team and drive the core learning strategy for the company.
  • Proven experience in leading training strategies of a similar scale and scope.
  • Hands-on experience in content design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, video creation software, and LMS Platforms.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and collaborative skills.
  • Multi-site operations
  • Customer focus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the LED strategy for the team, focusing on employee experiences.
  • Coach and develop a team of two
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective ad hoc training.
  • Make use of the e-learning tools available and create content for use
  • Deliver training in a blended fashion
  • Design and develop the strategy for the team
  • Author, edit, and format documentation essential for training purposes, including workbooks and storyboards
  • Partner with the global support team in managing the Learning Management System
  • Engage in constructive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
  • Work closely with the global training team to develop and maintain globally applicable training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through the utilization of advanced data analytics tools.
