Learning and Development Manager
Are you an experienced Learning and Development Manager?
A Civils Subcontractor is looking for an L&D Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D at a Senior level within Construction and be able to provide new starters with adequate training and making placements across the company.
This is a perm position based in Central London.
Offering £45,000 - £55,000!

Responsibilities:
- Implementing programmes
- Creating training materials and helping with recruitment.
- Implementing training programmes for the company and liasing with co-workers.
- Liasing with stakeholders, the HR team, Sales teams and all other teams to discuss strategies for the company.
- Assessing training needs through performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Have L&D experience
- Worked in Construction and understands L&D duties.
- The ability to deliver training programmes and enhance performance.
