A leading manufacturing business with a strong order book and an excellent outlook for 2024/2025 (and beyond!) is seeking a highly capable L&D Manager.

With the business having gone through some positive change, a decision has been made to introduce an L&D Manager that, alongside the Group HR Director, will take ownership of the L&D strategy in its entirety, whilst ensuring the delivery of this strategy to allow the business to reach its goals.

As such, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end L&D process including:

- Conducting a skills audit within the business in order to develop an L&D strategy
- Design, deliver and source suitable and relevant training programs necessary to meet business needs
- The development and implementation of a Graduate Development Program
- The development and implementation of an Apprenticeship Development Program

To be considered for this role you will have:
- Worked within a blue collar industry, preferably manufacturing
- Had experience of/exposure to setting up Graduate and Apprenticeship development programs
- Been involved in undertaking a skills audit within a fast paced business
- The ability to design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels
