Plexus are the global leaders in crypto recruitment. Since 2017 we've gone from strength to strength, and are opening in the US this year. We are a high performance sales team (one of the pound for pound best in the UK) and looking to grow substantially over the next few years.
The Learning, Development & Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the performance of the entire sales team. Working closely with the existing L&D Consultant, you'll be a key player in scaling and developing our sales team.
If you perform well you'll be quickly integrated into the SLT. The long-term vision is to exit the business and this person will be a key part of this journey so expect the ability to earn meaningfully upon exit.
Role:
- Working closely with both directors, the SLT and the existing L&D team to develop the sales team
- Training Consultants on all aspects of recruitment. This is a hands on role!
- Development of existing billing managers
- Involved in shaping training and hiring strategy
Experience required:
- 5-10 years agency recruitment experience
- Ability to deliver training & coaching autonomously, to an exceptional standard
- Sales management or L&D management experience
Salary, commission/bonus + benefits are excellent.
The sales team is 100% onsite in London (City) and we believe passionately in this approach (and it works). Training, management, personal development etc is all best done face-to-face, and whilst this role may offer some common sense flexibility, we are looking for people that share these values.
