LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT TRAINER
Learning & Development Trainer
Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum dependant on experience
Location: New Milton, Hampshire (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 35 hours per week, worked between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm , with occasional evening and weekend inline with business needs
Contract: Permanent
Our client is a well-established business and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join their team in New Milton, Hampshire.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement best practices across the Appello Group.
- Deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new Group employees.
- Mentor new starters to ease their transition.
- Stay up-to-date on procedures to effectively train and support others.
- Participate in live call handling to demonstrate best practices.
- Contribute to the implementation of the e-learning platform.
- Ensure its active use in daily learning activities.
- Curate and maintain high-quality learning content on the platform.
Skills/Experience Required as Learning & Development Trainer:
- Fantastic communicator with a keen eye for detail.
- You thrive in a customer-centric environment and embrace challenges with a resilient attitude.
- Proven experience delivering training to both in-office and remote employees.
- Ability to present information clearly, accurately, and engagingly to promote understanding.
- Skilled at tailoring training and feedback to diverse backgrounds and personalities for positive reception.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and remote training delivery is a plus.
