The Role:

Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for optimising learning experiences?

As an LMS Senior Administrator, you will oversee the management and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, content curation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and customisation of our LMS and any other technology we have in the team.
  • System Improvements: Contribute to our LMS strategy, implementing new features, navigation and learner journeys to improve engagement
  • User Management and Support: Oversee user roles, permissions, and provide training and technical support to our power users to ensure consistency.
  • Content and Course Management: Handle the creation, uploading, and quality assurance of courses within the LMS, ensuring the learning is organised correctly.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with external suppliers to procure and maintain learning content, tools, and services.
  • Integration and Automation: Manage and update integrations and APIs with other systems, such as HRIS and automate routine processes.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct audits, and maintain data accuracy within the LMS.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements and implement system enhancements to improve processes and administrative efficiencies.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person:

  • Experience managing an LMS for a global business (Docebo is highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with APIs, including implementation and maintenance
  • Ability to analyse data and reports for improvement purposes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
