**About the school**

A small, community primary school in St Neots are searching for a Learning Mentor to join their SEN team in September. With small classes, you have the ability to really provide tailored one to one support with an abundance of resources to aid you. Senior Leadership at this school are incredibly friendly, and always there to support and guide you through you time there, offering fabulous CPD opportunities to help you progress and develop.

**About you**

  • Have recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant
  • Experience working with SEN
  • Have a patient and positive attitude
  • Be able to engage well with other members of staff, children, and parents
  • Ability to adapt and provide differentiated learning
