About the Role: As a Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and emotional development of students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one and group support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning experiences.
• Assisting students in developing coping mechanisms and making positive choices.
• Engaging in off-site activities to enhance student learning and development.
• Transporting students to various off-site activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.

What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, as you will be required to transport students to off-site activities and travel between different sites.
