Learning Support Assistant - Dagenham

This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a school previously and is looking for a full-time role which is term time only. This role requires experience and passion for working with children with SEN needs, such as autism, ADHD and SEMH.

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) OR a desire to.
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education, with a view to training as a teacher
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage children with diverse learning needs
• A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to supporting both students and staff
