Secondary Learning Support Assistant

Location: Schools across Kent

Start Date: September 2024

Placement: [Full-time/Temporary AND Permanent]

Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with severe and complex needs. Your responsibilities will include facilitating their learning journey, providing individualised support, and promoting an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students who require additional support.
  • Assist in implementing personalised learning plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning experience.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere within the school community.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting students in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
