Learning Support Assistant | Redbridge, East London | ASAP Start

Requirements of a Learning Support Assistant:

  • Support children across KS1 - KS4
  • Outstanding set of GCSEs and A-levels
  • Previous Child Centred Experience
  • Learning Support Assistant experience in schools and youth settings

Roles + Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will have to provide support to the class teacher and students in everyday tasks whilst reporting back to the senior leadership for improvement and progress purposes. You will have a great impact on their socialisation skills, and will be the driving force behind their future successes!

The school has brilliant facilities and a wonderful ethos. They have a fantastic SEND department packed with qualified professionals, this is very beneficial to the new Learning Support Assistant as they will be working closely alongside them and liaising regularly.
