Role and Responsibilities:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:

• Provide individual and small group assistance to students with special educational needs.
• Aid in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support classroom teachers in delivering customized learning activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Assist students with personal care needs when necessary.
• Track and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• A strong passion for working with children with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive outlook.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special education is advantageous.
