My client is a Primary School in Stratford who aim to provide a secure environment that helps every child achieve their best. They aim to provide high quality teaching and learning. To be supportive and dedicated team members who listen, co-operate, communicate, and promote positive attitudes.

The school has a happy, purposeful working atmosphere. The staff work together as a team and do their best to make each child's educational experience both challenging and enjoyable. The school aim for children to look back on their school days with affection and a sense of pride, both in their own achievements and those of the school.

The Role:

-You will be working as a 1:1 SEN teaching assistant supporting a child with challenging behaviour.

-This Learning Support Assistant position will be an ongoing with potential to go permanent.

-The role will be full time - Monday to Friday.

The Successful Candidate:

-You will have previous experience as a LSA/SEN TA supporting a child with SEN on a 1:1 basis

-A proven track record of being able to support challenging behaviour

-A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team

-Be available immediately
