Tradewind Recruitment are looking to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work at a Crosby secondary school rated 'Good' by Ofsted.

Position: Learning Support Assistant (Graduate preferred but not essential)

Location: Crosby, Liverpool

Start Date: 2nd September 2024 - July 2025

Term: Full Time, Monday - Fridy, 8.20am - 3.15pm, term time only

Pay: £86 a day

The successful Learning Support Assistant would be working under the direction of the SENCO

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children who have special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Graduates preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated compassion and patience.
  • Ability to build strong connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential.
