Learning Support Assistant - Cambourne, Cambridgeshire - £85 to £95 per day - Immediate Start - One to one named child support

A lovely Primary School in Cambourne is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their inclusive and supportive team. This role involves working one-on-one with a named child who is need of extra support within the classroom/

***Learning Support Assistant - Primary School in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire

***Immediate Start

***Monday to Friday

***£85 - £95 per day depending on experience

***Providing one to one support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised assistance to a student offering guidance and encouragement to boost their confidence.
  • Collaborate with educators to craft engaging and productive learning experiences.
  • Foster an inviting and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Assist in classroom management and implement behaviour strategies.
  • Develop teaching resources to enhance the learning process.
  • Adhere to the school's principles and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience supporting SEN students.
  • Genuine passion for education and commitment to inspiring young minds.
  • Strong communication abilities and adeptness in interacting with others.
  • Patience and adaptability to excel in a dynamic classroom environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
