Are you an experienced EYFS or Primary Learning Support Assistant with a background in supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs?

Horizon Teachers are working with a Primary school based in Lambeth, assisting in their search for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils in and out of the classroom. You will support children on a 1:1 basis, as well as in groups. If you are proactive, energetic and seeking a new challenge, this is the role for you.

What do the school require from you?
  • Experience in an EYFS, SEND or Primary setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident and able to use your initiative.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
