Learning Support Assistant - Role & Responsibilities:

• Work as a Learning Support Assistant in a Reception class
• Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional needs
• Assist with early years learning, play-based activities, and phonics
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support progress

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements:

• Prior EYFS experience is ideal
• Understanding of SEN and experience supporting young learners
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with young children
