A prestigious Commercial Property Estate Agency is seeking a talented Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their small branch based in Exeter.

The Lease Advisory Surveyor's role

The incoming Lease Advisory Surveyor will be responsible for negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears, and providing strategic advice. Key duties include:

• Supporting the expanding team and clients.
• Networking.
• Preparing renewals, rent review negotiations, and summarising leases.
• Inspecting and measuring building premises, mainly covering the Southwest.
• Comparing evidence.
• Negotiating with landlords and their agents.
• Preparing settlement reports and terms.
• Instructing solicitors through the legal process.
• Supporting senior colleagues.
• Assisting in business development preparation.

The Lease Advisory Surveyor

The ideal Lease Advisory Surveyor will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a Surveyor or Lease Advisory role is highly desirable
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Packages
• Clean driving licence and own car
