Due to ongoing success, there is an urgent requirement for Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist organisation focused on solving residential leasehold issues. The successful individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement work. You have the option to work fully remotely or attend the office in central London.

Daily duties will include managing clients’ lease extensions and working closely with the in-house valuers as well as external solicitors and other partners. You will act as a key point of escalation for negotiating and exchanging information with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors, and landlords. The role holder will develop the legal lease extension know-how as well as knowledge in the next areas the business will develop into, in particular the setting up of the ABS post authorisation.

Applicants will have gained at least 3 years PQE as a practising solicitor and will have attained extensive experience within residential leasehold enfranchisement. First class client service skills are paramount coupled with exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience of working in a fast paced start-up environment is highly desirable. Strong technical skills are extremely advantageous.
