Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to join an organisation on a temporary basis, up until the end of September.

Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer:

• Managing leasehold properties
• Overseeing budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
• Dealing with breaches of leases
• Carrying out regular inspection audits of the site and organised remedial action if and where required
• Dealing with ASB in the demographic area along with managing and responding to investors and any complaints
• Handling voids, contractual hand backs, Section 21s, and signing new tenancies for letting

Essential Requirements of the Leasehold Officer:

• Experience dealing within leaseholds
