Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest housing providers in Staffordshire as a Leasehold Officer on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As a Shared Ownership and Leasehold Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient, customer-focused management and income collection for our commercial portfolio, including Shared Ownership, Leasehold, IMR, Commercial, and Garage properties.You will be required to understand and interpret leases, provide advice and assistance to leaseholders and stakeholders as well as facilitating the processes for resale, staircasing, lease extensions, alterations, assignments and section 20 consultations.
What you'll need to succeed

  • CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice
  • Experience and knowledge of housing legislation and best practice regarding Estate Management, Grounds Maintenance, Income and Lettings
  • Experience of providing accurate and detailed file notes in preparation for court, including writing own witness statement
  • Experience of tackling and dealing with Tenancy Management issues

What you'll get in return
This is a temporary position with the opportunity of it becoming permanent for the right candidate. The annual salary is £34,000. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
