Our client, a leading Property Maintenance company based in Oxfordshire is looking to acquire the services of a Leasehold PropertyManager to join their successful and thriving business. The company operates in London and specialises in residential property. As the Property Manager you will be responsible for managing the relationship with clients and will be developing new relationships with trades staff. The successful candidate will hold a TPI accreditation and will have previous experience in property management.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
  • Manage client relationships, particularly with Directors.
  • Oversee Section 20 consultations, coordinating with surveyors.
  • Collaborate with Property Administrator and Accounts Manager to manage workload.
  • Handle lessee inquiries, prioritising appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various trades staff.
  • Work with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals as needed.
  • Review Lease terms and understand their impact on services.
  • Approve and process invoices.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, providing feedback to the Residents Management Company.
  • Collect quotations and prepare annual service charge budgets.
  • Handle emergency calls and arrange necessary tradespeople.
  • Arrange, attend, and manage AGMs, including presenting budgets and producing minutes.
  • Conduct ongoing Health & Safety assessments.
  • Address lease breaches (e.g., pets, noise, flooring).
  
Key Skills & Experience
 
  • Proven experience in Property Management with TPI accreditation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong service delivery record.
  • Demonstrable experience in problem solving.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle difficult situations, including emergencies.
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people.
  
Additional Information
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Hybrid working 3/2 split.
  • Free on-site parking.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Company Pension ( 5%/3%).
