About the Role:

Hyperion Partners is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a premier Build to Rent provider, for a dynamic and driven Leasing Associate. Based in London, this role is integral to attracting and retaining residents, ensuring they have a positive and seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of the community.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed and accurate information.
  • Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, market conditions, and competitor properties.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of lease agreements.
  • Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage leasing.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all necessary documentation and preparations are complete.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and lease renewals.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting community events and open houses to attract new residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a leasing or sales role, preferably within the property management or real estate sectors.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for helping people find their ideal home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
