Leasing Associate

Location: 180 Stratford, E15 2FD

Salary: £26,678 - £27,830 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Leasing Associates work 5 days out of 7,between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

The role

Join Unite Group and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be delivering an outstanding leasing journey, whilst providing excellent customer service. As a Leasing Associate you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.

What you`ll be doing as a Leasing Associate:

  • Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process, including renewals.

  • Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and Uniteprocesses, controls and policies

  • Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed

  • Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues

  • Manage Rightmove listings: Regularly monitor how many and for how long properties are on line.

  • Complete weekly competitor analysis on the local market

  • Prepare show homes for viewings

  • Support the ongoing function of the office and availability to residents by manning phones, lobby spaces and adopting different roles if required due to holiday cover

  • Organise and attend Events held for residents.

  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Unite Groupoffer at all available opportunities

  • Assist team members with ad hoc tasks where required
