Leasing Associate | Exeter | £15ph 

Immediate temporary requirement has arisen at this thriving Build-to-Rent company for a proactive Leasing Associate to take the lead in converting enquiries and viewings into tenancies.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries

• Conduct viewings with the focus to convert to tenancies

• Build rapport quickly with prospective residents

• Ensure referencing process is undertaken, all documentation is accurate and issue tenancy contracts

• Handle inventories and pre-tenancy checks
  

Requirements:

• Experience in Leasing/Lettings within Property, BTR, PBSA or similar environment

• A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to positively influence outcomes

• IT proficiency 

• Adaptability, commercial awareness, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
