An exceptional, one-off opportunity has arisen for a career driven lettings professional to join one of the UK’s most prestigious Real Estate companies as a Leasing Manager on one of their new developments in Birkenhead.

My clients have a global reach and are looking for a candidate who ideally has experience of dealing with PRS or general lettings. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a large, multi award winning property company who can offer unrivalled benefits and long term career progression.
Leasing Manager – Benefits

  • £24k basic plus commission, quarterly bonus, annual bonus & annual reviews.

Leasing Manager – Duties:

  • Booking in and attending on site lettings viewings.
  • Organising tenancies.
  • Ensuring maximum occupancy rates.
  • Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
  • Negotiating lets.
  • Updating online portals.
  • Striving to meet and exceed KPI’s.
  • Helping to create marketing material.


Leasing Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally within PRS.
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • You will be target driven and ambitious.
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
