Join our client's team in North-West London as a Lecturer in Business, where you will have the opportunity to teach across a variety of business courses. • Teach across a range of business courses, focusing on BTEC programmes Level 1 to Level 3 including BTEC First, National, and Higher National Diplomas, Access to HE, and T Levels.
• Engage and motivate learners of all ages through effective teaching practices and innovative course delivery.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and integrate best teaching practices.
• Participate in the development and assessment of course modules, ensuring they meet educational standards and industry relevance.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students, guiding them towards academic success and career readiness.
• Utilise digital tools and learning management systems to enhance the learning experience.

• A degree in Business or a related area.
• Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to education.
• A teaching qualification is advantageous, but not required initially as support will be provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
