Lecturer in Plumbing and Gas

Colchester/Braintree

£33,535.32 - £41,212.08 per annum

Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will deliver high-quality teaching, assessment, and support to students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career. The role involves developing industry-relevant curricula, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and fostering a professional learning environment. Working closely with employers, you will inspire and mentor learners, supporting their progression into employment or further study.

About you

You will hold a Level 3 qualification in plumbing, and you will hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Teaching Qualification. You will have a commitment to student success, innovation in teaching, and continuous professional development is essential to engage a diverse student cohort and maintain high standards in vocational education.
