Role: Legal Administrator - Private Client
Salary: £28,000-£32,000
Location: Edinburgh (Flexible/Hybrid)

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity to join our client, an Edinburgh based Law Firm as a Legal Administrator within their Private Client department.

The role is positioned alongside their existing team of administrators who support their Personal Law team. This will support a variety of legal work for individuals including, POA, executries, wills, trusts and estate planning.

The Role:
  • Offer general administrative and client assistance, focusing mainly on personal law, aiding the legal professionals in the department.
  • Utilize the case management system efficiently for creating legal documents and correspondence.
  • Adhere to office administrative protocols to ensure consistent and efficient workflow.
  • Perform reception duties at our office as necessary.
  • Provide holiday cover and additional support for other team members across all departments when required.

Skills & Experience:
Required:
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
  • Audio typing
  • Touch typing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:
  • Qualified to degree level.
  • Legal administrative experience, ideally within personal law
