Dawn Ellmore are working with a top-tier law firm in Scotland, who are seeking a Trade Mark Administrator to join their busy team.

To be successful, you will need previous working experience within trade mark formalities and good organisational skills, along with the capability to effectively manage important deadlines. If you have the CITMA Qualification, this might be an advantage.

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders via email, telephone, letter.
  • Filing trade mark applications.
  • Keeping the firm’s IP management system updated, noting relevant updates and deadlines.
  • Obtaining the relevant legal documents in order to facilitate the filing of new trade mark applications.
  • Generating reports as required.
