Avocet Legal Careers is working with leading law firm in Southampton who are seeking a Legal Administrator to join their Conveyancing (Plot Sales) team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a challenging and rewarding sector.

Legal Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Act as first point of contact for client enquiries, providing excellent customer service
  • Perform initial matter setup procedures, including producing instruction letters and updating records
  • Support Conveyancers by providing efficient and effective administrative services
  • Ensure compliance with quality service standards for all matters
  • Complete due diligence in accordance with Anti Money Laundering Regulations
  • Manage routine client telephone enquiries and gather necessary information
Legal Administrator Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative function (property transaction experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Commitment to working within a quality standard environment
  • Strong IT skills with aptitude for learning new systems quickly
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Availability to work daily in the Southampton office
