This pharmaceutical supplier company based in Central London is looking for a Legal Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is an ongoing temporary position covering during the permanent recruitment process, and requires candidates who are immediately available to start. This role is Monday-Friday at 8.30-17:00 with WFH flexibility available.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to support delivering a comprehensive and effective administrative service to ensure the smooth running of the Secretariat. Duties for the role include:

  • Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes.
  • Provide high-quality administrative services.
  • Organise diaries and schedule appointments.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain both hard copy and electronic filing systems.
  • Retrieve requested files promptly.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to boards and executive committees.
  • Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Organise and attend group company board and committee meetings.
  • Ensure accurate minutes and timely action delivery.
  • Prepare high-standard written correspondence using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
  • Organise various internal and external meetings, including venue sourcing and booking.
  • Act as a focal point for day-to-day office procedures, liaising with facilities.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Organise Department meetings, handle logistics, and ensure smooth team events.
  • Structure requests for information/actions in a way that people understand.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Administrator, with previous experience in the Legal or Pharmaceutical areas being highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
