Legal Assistant - Residential Property

£20k-£26k

SE London/Kent Borders

An exciting opportunity has become available for a residential property legal assistant to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking law firm in their SE London/Kent Borders office.

This role will be to support a fee earner in the residential conveyancing team.

The role will include:

  • Assisting the fee earner with administration
  • Liaising with other team members
  • Actioning documents required for the conveyancing process.
  • Contacting relevant organisations in the conveyancing process
  • Responding to clients giving regular updates

You will be:

  • A legal assistant/paralegal
  • Good knowledge of residential property work
  • Organised and efficient
  • Be customer focused.
  • Have clear and concise communication skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic

This role offers the support of a great two office firm, ongoing training, and progression.
