Property Paralegal - NW London - c£30k + Bonuses & Benefits

We’re working with a long established, highly reputable, independent property services group based in NW London.

As a multi-disciplined consultancy they provide wide ranging property services across Surveying, Agency, Management and Legal to a client base that is predominantly London and South East based.

Within their Legal team an opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal as follows:

  • Working Monday to Friday office based close to Camden (NW London)
  • Under supervision of the Head of Legal (and as part of the wider legal team) dealing with all aspects of leasehold property legal matters, from LPE1 sales packs to Notice of Transfers, change of ownership, license to alter, company secretarial matters and certificates of compliance
  • Liaising in-house with property managers and accounts teams as well as externally with solicitors, residents and freeholders.
  • Legal background required (i.e. course/qualification), Property exposure beneficial and additional training provided in post (including support and funding for formal qualification & professional memberships)

The successful Paralegal can expect a starting salary up to £30k alongside performance related bonuses, generous annual leave, flexible working (over time/once settled) and a range of benefits including pension.
