Your new company
Your new company is a legal chambers that employs over 200 barristers. They have offices based in a beautiful part of West London and offer many benefits for their employees, including hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days working from home), enhanced pension contributions and a weekly open bar on a Friday afternoon!

Your new role
Your new role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Efficient and accurate billing.
  • Resolving queries from barristers and their clients.
  • Appealing the LAA on void bills.
  • Developing relationships with barristers to discuss best finance practices.
  • Supporting Credit Control


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your application, you will need at least 12 months billing experience from another law firm. Any experience with Legal Aid billing or liaising with the LAA would be desirable, but not essential. You must communicate well with colleagues and clients alike and be willing to take on added finance duties when required.
