Role: Legal Cashier

Position: Full-time (Flexible hours) though part-time is an option
Salary: £25-30k Dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
Leading Manchester based law firm that is well established in the housing litigation sector seeks a Legal Cashier to join their team. The role primarily supports the Accounts department, ensuring compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliations (Client & Office)
  • Posting disbursement invoices
  • Raising client bills
  • Processing payments and receipts
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Liaising with third parties and bailiffs as needed
  • Various ad-hoc duties for smooth business operations

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Cashier
  • Proclaim case management experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
