Legal Counsel / Contracts Manager - Norwich

This would be a progressive move for an experienced Contracts Manager / Advisor, or an experienced Commercial Solicitor, Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal who is looking to make a move away from traditional private practice and join a highly successful and innovative organisation in Norwich.

This opportunity would see you joining a team of Contracts Managers and would offer strong hands-on exposure in leading, drafting and negotiating across a broad range of high-quality contractual arrangements, whilst supporting the organisation and wider partnerships. The variety of contracts will include (but are not limited to) - collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements and MTAs.

Additional experience / knowledge of IP is desirable, although not essential.
