Are you ready to shape the future of television production? Our client, a global leader in producing and distributing award-winning content, is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Business and Legal Affairs team in London.
 
Our client is seeking a brilliant lawyer with significant experience in the media/TV industry, preferably from a top law firm or in-house at a broadcaster, producer or studio.  You will bring detailed knowledge of contract and commercial law, with an understanding of intellectual property (copyright), and expertise in TV development and production agreements for scripted series.
 
You will play a lead role in the negotiation and drafting of development and production agreements for our client's UK production business, providing expert advice and guidance across all the client's scripted TV projects. You will also advise on underlying rights, copyright, intellectual property issues and regulatory matters.
