Are you ready to be a driving force in a global, award-winning business? I’m looking for a Legal Counsel to help provide commercial contract advice and support for this professional services organisation based in Manchester. Your work will deal with matters covering the firm’s UK and European operations. The workplace culture is friendly and collaborative. This role will suit someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude, someone who wants to take responsibility but still appreciates the value of working closely in a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing legal guidance and support at both regional and corporate levels
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with external clients
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
  • Ensuring that all corporate matters are conducted in accordance with the organisation’s procedures
  • Giving advice on contracts and commercial risk to internal clients

 Qualifications & Requirements  

  • A qualified Solicitor 0-2 years PQE who specialises in Commercial Contracts on a UK and European level for an In-House Legal team
  • Someone who has experience of working in a pressured environment and delivering projects to timescales
