A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established, award-winning Law firm based in the heart ofManchester City Centre, to work within the firms Client services team. 

This role is full-time, and office based. 35 hours per week on a Rota basis covering the hours from 8am to 7pm.

You will be working within a busy team where you will be liaising with new Clients, taking initial information and communicating with internal departments ensuring accurate information is taken with regards to new Client enquiries.

You will be required to have excellentcustomer service skills and have experience working within atelephone-based role, an understanding of different areas of Law would be beneficial.

Duties: 

  • Approach enquiries with a sales-minded attitude to identify opportunities
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the departments within the firm and the type(s) of work that they primarily deal with
  • Communicate with Clients regarding their Legal queries and guide them to the appropriate department
  • Consistently obtain and process all essential Client information accurately on the Proclaim system
  • Maintain positive relationships with Clients to build trust and ensure repeat custom and Client recommendations
  • Liaising with Clients via phone calls, email and text messaging to capture business
