This exciting new job role is working in house an EA to legal counsel as a Legal Executive Assistant based in Warwickshire. This role is offering up to 35k a year, on a hybrid basis.

The duties for this role would include producing and amending legal documents, creating potential precedents forms from this, writing up minute meetings and assisting with board packs, completion of companies house forms, supporting expense claims, diary and travel management, replying to internal and external correspondence, regular meetings with the legal team to discuss actions, leading on document execution and collation, filling electronic and paper documents as well as liaising with investment and finance teams.

For this role, it would be ideal to have solid experience working in a legal time in either private practice or in house and/or experience working in a corporate legal team is preferred.

You would also need to have good organisation and time management skills, have excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, and have excellent Microsoft office skills.
