Description
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Real Estate team
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and travel arrangements
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Handle client enquiries and maintain client relationships
- Process expenses and manage billing processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain electronic filing systems
- Participate in departmental projects as required
Profile
A successful Legal PA should have:
- A solid educational background, preferably in law or business administration
- Proficient knowledge of legal terminology and documentation
- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential information
