One of the leading Global Law firms is seeking an experienced Disputes Legal PA. From the day that they began, they have shaped their firm around culture, atmosphere and character. The pride themselves on providing bespoke top-level Legal advice in this particular area of Law.

They currently have a unique role working in one of the most sought after areas of Law - Media! This role supports Partners who place a high emphasis on their PA's having heavy involvement in their Business Development activities.

  • Media Litigation Department
  • Paying up to £45,000
  • Standard 9:30 - 5:30
  • Hybrid policy - 3 days in the office, 2 from home
  • Benefits includes Regular Social Events, Private Medical Insurance, Savings Account, Gym Membership, Annual Leave Purchase, Travel Insurance, onsite GP and Beauty treatments and Mortgage Surgeries to name a few

Duties include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Acting as a gatekeeper
  • Preparing sensitive and confidential information for meetings
  • Creating and amending pitches, proposals and presentations
  • Delegation to the central services team
  • Extensive travel including preparing information packs
  • Attending Client meetings when required
  • Assisting with the event planning including sourcing venues and communication
