Legal PA - Property Litigation
Our client is a leading global law firm offering a range of legal services across various sectors. They are leaders across the UK, Middle East and Asia.
As the Legal PA, you will be based within the firms property litigation team and will work closely with the other PAs to provide support to a number of Fee Earners and Partners. This role reports into the Executive Support Manager or Executive Team Leader for this group.
This is a demanding, challenging and busy role and you will play a huge part in ensuring the smooth running of the team and working closely with the Fee Earners you are responsible for, building strong relationships.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience in a similar role, such as a PA or secretary and ideally within litigation
- Experience providing support to multiple people i.e. diary management, travel arrangements
- Excellent knowledge of microsoft office systems i.e. outlook, word, excel
In addition to this, the role requires:
- The ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Flexibility and willing to work additional hours, if required
- Remain calm under pressure
