An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join this hugely successfully and very well established law firm based in the heart of Surrey.

You will be providing comprehensive support to the Head of the Private Client Department and will also be liaising with clients.

Duties as follows:

  • To accurately prepare all legal correspondence relating to Wills, Probate and other Private Client matters, to include transcribing digital dictation.
  • Responsible for the opening, closing, storing and archiving of client files as required.
  • Diary management to include making appointments and arranging meetings at Partner level.
  • To prepare the conference room for meetings and organise refreshments as and when required.
  • To provide support to other secretaries as required.
  • To provide guidance to junior and temporary secretaries.
  • To progress client matters without fee earner supervision and in the absence of a fee earner
  • To liaise and update clients on their respective matters both on the phone and face to face.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the Firm’s and clients’ documentation at all times.
  • To deal with on-line form filling duties
  • To operate the Firm's Case Management System.
